Rice flour laddu is an Indian traditional sweet usually made during “Chath Puja” in Bihar, some use to make in Karwa Chauth, and also it is made in various puja and occasion in India. But whenever you want to eat something healthy and sweet, without any preparation, then you can make it instantly with this simple method. So, let’s get started with me.. 🙂


Rice flour – 2 cups
Clarified butter/ghee – 1 cup
Mishri powder – 1 cup
Chopped Pistachio – 2 tbsp
Raisins – 2 tbsp
Coarse Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1/4 cup


Step 1

Take a deep vessel on the flame. Add rice flour into it. Roast it in a low flame. Roast until aromatic. Do not let it burn. Roast few minutes just only aromatic. Keep an eye if it is not changing its color.

Step 2

After 9-10 minutes it turned aromatic. Turn off the flame and take out in the plate or bowl. Now add coarse fennel seeds and Mishri powder. Now add clarified butter gradually. Start mixing with your clean hands. Mix well for a few minutes.

Step 3

After a few minutes of mixing it Add the remaining clarified butter. Combine well.

Step 4

Add chopped pistachio and raisins. Now add milk gradually and combine well. Mix until it started binding. After a few minutes, it started binding. Now start binding the laddu. Likewise, make all the laddus.

Step 5

Take out on the serving plate. Delicious rice flour laddu is ready. This laddu is made specially in Chath Puja. Make it at home and enjoy with your family.


चावल आटे के लड्डू बनाने की विधि :-

चावल आटे के लड्डू एक भारतीय पारंपरिक मिठाई है जिसे आमतौर पर बिहार में “छठ पूजा” के दौरान बनाया जाता है,कुछ लोग करवा चौथ में भी बनाते हैं, और यह भारत में विभिन्न पूजा और अवसरों में भी बनाया जाता है। लेकिन जब भी आप बिना किसी तैयारी के कुछ हेल्दी और मीठा खाना चाहते हैं, तो आप इसे इस सरल विधि से झटपट बना सकते हैं। तो, चलो मेरे साथ शुरू करते हैं .. 🙂

चावल आटे के लड्डू बनाने के लिए सामग्री

चावल का आटा – 2 कप
घी – 1 कप
मिश्री पाउडर – 1 कप
कटा हुआ पिस्ता – 2 बड़े चम्मच
किशमिश – 2 बड़े चम्मच
मोटे सौंफ़ के बीज – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
दूध – 1/4 कप

चावल आटे के लड्डू बनाने के लिए विधि

चरण 1

आंच पर एक गहरा बर्तन रखें। इसमें चावल का आटा मिलाएं। इसे धीमी आंच में भूनें। खुशबूदार होने तक भूने। इसे जलने न दें। केवल सुगंधित होने तक कुछ मिनट भूनें। ध्यान रखें कि यह रंग न बदल रहा हो।

चरण 2

9-10 मिनट के बाद यह सुगंधित हो गया। आंच को बंद कर दें और प्लेट या कटोरे में निकाल लें। अब इसमें सौंफ और मिश्री पाउडर मिलाएं। अब थोड़ा-थोड़ा घी डालें। अपने साफ हाथों से मिलाना शुरू करें। कुछ मिनट के लिए अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं।

चरण 3

इसे मिक्स करने के कुछ मिनटों के बाद बाकी बचे हुए घी को मिलाएं। अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं।

चरण 4

कटा हुआ पिस्ता और किशमिश डालें। अब थोड़ा-थोड़ा दूध डालें और अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं। तब तक मिक्स करें जब तक यह बंधने न लगे। कुछ मिनटों के बाद, यह बंधना शुरू कर दिया। अब लड्डू को बांधना शुरू करें। इसी तरह सारे लड्डू बना लें।

चरण 5

सर्विंग प्लेट पर लड्डू निकाल लें। स्वादिष्ट चावल आटे के लड्डू तैयार है। यह लड्डू छठ पूजा में विशेष रूप से बनाया जाता है। इसे घर पर बनाएं और अपने परिवार के साथ आनंद लें।
